'ITC Slow Control Record. Some or all of these banks may appear in Slow control records interspersed between the event records. There are 4 different bank names but the content is essentially the same for all of them. Each bank consists of a standard ALEPH header followed by a variable number of information blocks, one block per group of hardware. The number of information blocks appearing in each bank is not fixed, neither is the order in which they appear. Due to the structure of the banks the ALEPH 2 word header defines all the banks to have only one column. The number of rows is the sum of the sizes of all blocks present. The content of the blocks is described elsewhere.'
